- OTC has been instrumental in the successful implementation of the 3:1 flexible service delivery model which has resulted in higher quality of service to students and educational staff without increases to the district’s budget.
- OTC is an approved Provider of Professional Development Programs, meeting NJDOE standards. Our therapists train teachers, Child Study Team members and other school staff working with special education students. These programs meet Professional Improvement Plans (PIPs) requirements.
