Claudette is an integral part of OTC, Inc., where she oversees billing, invoicing, and operational functions in close collaboration with the leadership team. With over 15 years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping across diverse industries, she brings invaluable expertise to her role.

Claudette holds a Master’s in Business Administration and leverages her extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to streamline financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and align OTC’s fiscal strategies with its organizational goals.

As Operations Manager, Claudette is committed to fostering strong relationships with therapists, clients, and vendors. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy ensure the financial integrity and smooth operation of OTC’s services.

Outside of work, Claudette enjoys spending time with her family and friends and staying active. She loves outdoor activities, including visiting park theaters during the summer and fall, jogging, and playing table tennis. A passionate cricket fan, she also enjoys attending matches and giving back to the community through volunteering and supporting local charitable organizations.
