Collaborative Partnerships

Over 35 years, OTC has established effective working relationships within State of NJ Departments, its Divisions and its Offices.
OTC has held state contracts within the NJ Department of Human Services. These contracts included therapy services in such programs as:
- North Jersey Developmental Center;
- Division of Developmental Disabilities
- Office of Education (OOE) Regional Schools (Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Morris Passaic and Union Counties
