OTC is committed to providing support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We strive to support the choices of individuals with disabilities and their families by promoting and providing person-centered services and supports. We value our community connections with emphasis on looking at a person’s strengths and gifts.

The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is currently in the development stages of a new program called the Supports Program, which will provide needed supports and services (i.e. therapies, community based supports, prevocational training, etc.) for individuals 21 years and older, living with their families or in unlicensed homes.

The Supports Program has been designed to better serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, significantly reduce the number of individuals waiting for supports and services, and enhance the State’s ability to receive a federal dollars for services that are currently funded via state-only funding.

OTC is anticipates becoming a DDD provider agency and offer expert services in the areas of Occupational, Physical and Speech Language Therapies under this new program starting in July 2015.
