- Administrative and clinical oversight is provided for every therapist, school and district we serve throughout the year.
- Districts which support multiple therapists are assigned a Clinical Coordinator to provide oversight and support and function as a liaison between the clinical team and the districts administration.
- We closely monitor service delivery to assure comprehensive and cost-effective services at each site.
- Required therapy service levels at each school are reviewed and considered prospectively to allow for projected staffing needs; concurrently to assure consistent coverage; and retrospectively to determine how well we have met requirements.
- Collaboration with the district assures effective staff scheduling and service delivery.
- All OTC therapists are licensed, fingerprinted and state certified with specialized training in many innovative pediatric therapeutic techniques that support students with multiple challenges and needs.
- We provide consultative services and treatment recommendations for preschool through early education students with multiple disabilities, autism and sensory processing disorders by staff trained in sensory integration and behavioral approaches.
- Our school therapists are experienced and highly motivated professionals who are familiar with state and federal special education legislation and various service delivery models.
- Our experienced therapists integrate into the school team, supporting a student’s access to educational activities and the school environment; collaborating with the team to improve a student’s participation and performance in curriculum-based activities; and participate in building a plan to help each student meet educational expectations in the classroom and school environment.
